Each guide is researched from wedding publications, venue directories and the venues' own listings, then independently checked to confirm the property exists, is currently operating and hosts weddings. We aim for a spread of types in every city — a historic property, a hotel, somewhere outdoors, somewhere modern — rather than ten variations on the same room. Anything we can't confirm is left out.

No. There are no paid placements, affiliate links or commissions in these guides, and no venue has any say in what we write. We make our money selling digital wedding invitations, which is why the guides exist — couples researching venues are usually a few weeks away from needing to invite people.

Yes, that's the idea. Start from any design and you can set it to your venue's colours, add your map and timings, and share one link that carries a live RSVP. If you want the invitation to feature the venue itself — an illustration of the building, its gardens or a detail from the room — that's something we make to order.

Each guide carries the date it was last reviewed. Venues close, change hands and stop taking weddings, so we re-check them rather than leaving a list to age. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
