Ask which indoor room each outdoor space falls back to, because the appealing Freiburg options are outdoor-first. Schloss Ebnet pairs its park with the Gartensaal and its painted ceiling and fireplace; the Waldsee has a Saal directly behind the lakeside terrace; the Greiffenegg's Kastaniengarten sits under mature chestnuts, which copes with wind and light rain but not a real downpour. The Türmle is the exception with no answer at all — the ceremony itself is indoors, but the reception on the grass has nowhere to move to, and you are supplying the catering yourself.
