Burg Landskron
CastleLandskron, above VillachUp to 200 across five halls (Turmsaal 100, Mareschsaal 70, Kronensaal 65)
Part ruin and part restored, the castle stands on a bluff between Villach and the Ossiacher See, with ceremonies held in the small chapel inside the walls. Receptions divide across five rooms of very different sizes, from the Turmsaal at 100 down to the Bärenstüberl at 20, and drinks are served first on the panorama terrace — the outlook from there runs south across the Villach rooftops to the Karawanken ridge and the Mittagskogel. Wedding menus start at €45 a head; the full four-course package with drinks and a late-night snack lands nearer €150 per person. Because the site also trades as a public café and restaurant, ceremony times get agreed around ordinary opening hours.
