Isola del Garda states that its Loggia can host a civil ceremony under an agreement with San Felice del Benaco. Il Vittoriale publishes its convention with Gardone Riviera, Dogana Veneta offers civil ceremonies in its hall, Villa Cariola says it is authorised in Caprino Veronese, and La Casa degli Spiriti cites its agreement with Costermano sul Garda. Villa Arcadio describes its garden ceremony as symbolic and directs civil ceremonies to Salò town hall, so the ceremony status should be checked venue by venue rather than assumed from the setting.

Villa Arcadio builds its wedding package around exclusive use for at least two nights and all 18 rooms. Villa Cariola has 36 rooms, Villa Cortine Palace Hotel has 52, and Lido Palace has 42 rooms and suites, although their event terms need to be quoted directly. Isola del Garda explicitly has no overnight accommodation, making a mainland room plan essential there.

Every guest transfer becomes part of the event timetable. The venue says it uses semi-covered guest boats with 55 seats, requires music to end at midnight and the last boat to leave by 00:30, and offers no overnight stay on the island. It also works with affiliated external caterers rather than an internal kitchen, so boat movements, catering and the event schedule need to be designed together.

Dogana Veneta has heated and air-conditioned historic halls, with its terrace as the outdoor addition, but its official pages publish inconsistent capacity figures. Villa Arcadio says it has indoor rooms for bad weather, Villa Cariola advertises frescoed halls as well as its parks and terraces, and Isola del Garda's Greenhouse takes up to 100 guests. Ask each property for a written plan for your guest count, because an advertised indoor space is not automatically the same size as its garden or terrace.
