Six private acres surround it now, with sightlines running from the foothills and Dry Creek Canyon back toward a downtown skyline about twenty-five minutes northeast. An 80-foot living room with a mirrored fireplace at either end takes the reception indoors, next to a dining room whose picture window the Shaffers had draped as though it were a painting to be framed. The kitchen and the bar are the venue's own, and the site holds around 200.
