How does an online wedding RSVP work?+
You share one wedding website link. Guests open it in their normal browser, choose whether they are attending and complete the questions you enabled. Their reply appears immediately in your private dashboard.
Do guests need an account or an app?+
No. Guests do not create a Wedvite account and they do not install anything. The RSVP form opens on iPhone, Android, tablet or desktop through the same link as the invitation.
Can we collect meal choices and dietary requirements?+
Yes. Enable named guests, meal options and dietary questions in the editor. Your dashboard groups meal totals for planning while the CSV export keeps each guest's detailed answer.
Can guests RSVP for a partner or family?+
Yes. The form can collect a party headcount or the names and details of each guest, depending on how much information you need for the venue and caterer.
Can we use a QR code for the RSVP?+
Yes. A QR code can point to the same stable wedding website link, which is useful on a printed save-the-date or details card. Paid invitations are hosted through your wedding date and at least 90 days after.
Can we change the RSVP deadline later?+
Yes. Update the wording or deadline without changing the URL. Guests opening the invitation after your edit see the new information immediately.
Can we download the guest list?+
Yes. Export the RSVP table as a CSV for spreadsheets, seating work and catering. It includes attendance, party size and any optional planning answers you collected.
