How much does a Wedvite digital wedding invitation cost?
$89 flat, paid once, for unlimited guests, with RSVP included. Add-ons are optional: custom music $10, a wax seal with your initials $15, a custom venue sketch $15, and each extra language $10. A fully-featured order with all four is $139 total.
Is there a free version?
Yes — you start free, with no account and no card. Design everything, then share your invitation with your first 10 guests; they can open it and RSVP for real. You pay once, only when you publish for your full guest list.
Is it really one-time payment?
Yes. No subscriptions, no annual renewals, no per-guest fees. You pay once and your invitation stays live through your wedding date and at least 90 days after, so guests can revisit.
Is there a per-guest fee or a guest limit?
No. The price is $89 whether you invite 20 guests or 2,000. There are no coins to buy, no guest-count tiers and no charge for re-sending the link when your list changes.
What if I want more than one language?
Your first language is free. Add any of our other supported languages for a small fee each — shown in the editor in your own currency — and we handle right-to-left typography (like Arabic) automatically.
How much is a digital save the date?
$19, paid once, for the hero-only announcement with your names, date and an add-to-calendar button. It is a separate, smaller product from the $89 invitation.
How much do digital wedding invitations cost elsewhere?
Wedvite is $89 flat for unlimited guests, paid once; the competitor figures that follow are the vendors' published US-dollar prices. On 15 September 2026, Greenvelope's one-mailing price for 100 guests was $99 (flat, one mailing); Paperless Post's Premium feature set was $1.05 USD per guest, a rate shown at 50 guests that Paperless Post says falls as the guest count rises, so 100 guests works out at ≤ $105 Premium (≤ $50 Basic, ≤ $144 All Access) — upper bounds, not a checkout total; and Riley & Grey's membership was $39 per month or $299 for a 12-month package. A fully-featured Wedvite order with music, wax seal, venue sketch and a second language is $139 total.
How is this different from sites like Riley & Grey?
Same premium-painterly aesthetic, one-time payment instead of recurring fees. Riley & Grey runs $39 per month or $299 for a 12-month package (checked 15 September 2026) and bundles a full wedding website and a custom domain; Wedvite offers neither of those and ships the invitation itself — envelope, RSVP, guest messages, one link — for $89, paid once.
Are digital wedding invitations cheaper than printed ones?
Usually, yes. A printed suite is priced per card, plus envelopes and postage, and a venue or time change means reprinting. A Wedvite invitation is $89 once for every guest, reaches them over WhatsApp, text or email in seconds, and updates instantly without re-sending.
Can you make it for us?
Yes — that is the Custom plan, our one made-for-you option. Start by sending the venue, date and a note to your designer; we open your private room before asking you to pay. When you are ready, activate it there for the CUSTOM50 launch price of $149.50, paid once. Then complete the full brief. Your first design arrives within 48 hours of payment and that brief, with 4 revision rounds and unlimited information edits included.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay — handled by Polar. The self-serve invitation is shown and charged in your local currency — GBP, EUR, USD, SAR and 25+ others — so there are no conversion surprises at checkout. The Custom plan is shown and charged in your currency too.
Refunds?
For the self-serve invitation: within 30 days of publish, no questions asked — the only exception is a custom add-on (wax seal or venue sketch) that has already been produced, which is non-refundable. Email us through your dashboard.
