You apply online with passports and Emirates ID where held, plus divorce decrees or a former spouse's death certificate if either of you has been married before. The standard fee is AED 300, handled in about ten working days with the court allocating your ceremony slot, or AED 2,500 for the express service, processed in one working day and letting you choose the date.
