- A Wedvite invitation costs $89 in USD, paid once.
- The price is the same for any number of guests. There is no per-guest fee and no subscription.
- A fully featured order (custom music, a wax seal, a venue sketch and a second language) costs $139 in USD.
- Buyers in many countries see and pay a set price in their own currency instead of USD.
- Seasonal promotions can lower the price of the whole order at checkout; they never apply to the Save the Date.
- Today's price in your own currency, including any promotion, is on Pricing.
Custom plan: made for your venue
- Wedvite offers one designed plan, the Custom plan, made for the couple's venue. It costs $299 in USD, paid once.
- Launch offer until 31 October 2026, 23:59 UTC: the CUSTOM50 code takes 50% off at checkout and is applied automatically, so the plan costs $149.50 in USD until then.
- A designer builds it from the couple's brief. The first design arrives within 48 hours of the brief, and the plan includes 4 revision rounds.
- The couple reviews and approves each version in their own order room, then shares one link with every guest.
- It has its own price in 29 currencies, and buyers pay in their own currency; anywhere else it is charged in USD.
- What the plan includes: Designed around your venue — its own colours and motifs; A hand-drawn sketch of your venue; A wax seal with your monogram, and your song as it opens; 3 languages — each guest reads their own; First design within 48 hours of your brief; 4 revision rounds + unlimited information edits; RSVP, wishes inbox & guest dashboard; Your own room to review and approve every version.
- It is sold on the homepage and on Pricing; the details are on custom digital wedding invitations.

Free tier
- Starting is free. No account and no card are needed to design an invitation.
- Before paying, a couple can share the invitation with their first 10 guests, who can open it and RSVP.
- The couple pays once, when they publish for their full guest list.
Hosting and editing
- A published invitation stays online through your wedding date and at least 90 days after.
- Edits made after publishing appear on the same link. Guests always see the latest version.
- A couple can publish the moment the invitation is finished.
Languages
- Invitations are offered in 11 languages: English, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Catalan, Galician and Swedish.
- One invitation can carry more than one language, with a language switch on the same link.
- Arabic is set right to left automatically.
- Schedule and location rows hold one text in the base language and one in Arabic. Any language paired with English or with Arabic is fully covered; two languages other than English and Arabic share one schedule text.
- The editor itself is available in English, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish.
Delivery
- The couple shares one link from their own phone or email: on WhatsApp, by text message, by email or in any messaging app.
- Guests open the invitation in a web browser. They do not install an app or create an account.
- A QR code that opens the link can be printed on a card; the free wedding QR code generator makes one.
RSVP
- Guests reply on the invitation itself.
- The RSVP form can ask for attendance, each guest's name, a contact email and phone, a meal choice, dietary needs, transport, accommodation and a song request. The couple chooses which questions appear.
- Replies collect in one dashboard, which exports to a CSV file.
- The couple sets the most people one reply can include, from 1 to 50; every reply lands in the same list.

- The Save the Date is a separate product that costs $19 in USD.
- It shows the envelope, the couple's names and date, the venue and time, and an Add to calendar button. It has no RSVP.
- It is sold on 12 designs and is never discounted.
- A Save the Date can later become the full invitation for the difference in price, arranged with support.
