Bliss & Bone alternatives and pricing
Written by the Wedvite foundersPrices checked 15 September 2026
Bliss & Bone charges per recipient — $0.90 each on a list of 100, so $90 — and bills its wedding website separately at $15/month or $21/month. It has RSVP but no envelope animation. Wedvite is $89 once, unlimited guests, with the envelope, RSVP and a one-page site included.
How much does Bliss & Bone cost?
Two separate bills. The online invitation is a one-time charge for each recipient, on a three-step ladder that gets cheaper per head as the list grows. The wedding website is a subscription, billed every 30 days. Neither one includes the other. These are the figures on Bliss & Bone’s own pricing page on 15 September 2026:
- Online Wedding Invitation — 1–9 recipients$1.20 (per recipient, one-time)
- Online Wedding Invitation — 10+ recipients$0.90 (per recipient, one-time)
- Online Wedding Invitation — 300+ recipients$0.70 (per recipient, one-time)
- Online Save the Date$1.20 / $0.90 / $0.70 (per recipient — same three volume tiers as invitations (1–9 / 10+ / 300+))
- Wedding Website — Standard$15/month (per month (billed every 30 days); 7-day free trial, no credit card to start)
- Wedding Website — Premium$21/month (per month; adds private events, unlimited guest messaging, premium photo gallery)
- Wedding Logos & Monograms$40 or $80 (one-time, depending on where you want to use it)
- Printed wedding invitationsFrom $257.50 (flat print, unlimited colors; $527.50 letterpress 1-color; $655.00 metallic foil 1-color)
Design and preview cost nothing until you send (“Customize any design fully and preview the exact invitation your guests will receive before you spend anything.”), and Bliss & Bone estimates “Most couples spend $40 to $120 total”. The website, if you add it, is billed every 30 days for as long as it stays live.
How much is Bliss & Bone for 100 guests?
$90 (100 × $0.90) for the invitation send, plus $15–$21/mo if you also want the website. A hundred recipients sit in the middle step of the ladder, at $0.90 each. Wedvite is $89 whatever the size of the list, and the one-page site is part of the invitation, with no monthly bill.

We are not the cheapest row. Minted publishes no charge at all for its online invitations, and Bliss & Bone's 100-guest send costs about what our flat price does in US dollars. The columns where the rows really differ are the envelope — Bliss & Bone and Minted send a flat card — and what happens after the send: Bliss & Bone's website is a second, recurring bill, while ours is the invitation itself, hosted through your wedding date and at least 90 days after.
Wedvite's list price is $89. This code brings it to $49, applied automatically at checkout:
Is per-recipient pricing cheaper than a flat price?
For a small wedding, yes. At $1.20 a recipient for 1–9 recipients and $0.90 for 10+ recipients, an intimate guest list costs less with Bliss & Bone than our flat price. In US dollars, the two meet at about 99 recipients — $0.90 times 99passes Wedvite's $89 — and every recipient after that widens the gap.
Two things move that point. The website: if you want one, each month at $15/month or $21/monthis added to the send, and a site kept live from the invitations to the wedding runs for several months. And the save the date: Bliss & Bone prices its online save the dates on the same per-recipient ladder, so the list is paid for twice.
Wedvite charges $89 once, however long the list. A separate Wedvite Save the Date is $19 once, also for unlimited guests. Our guide to what wedding invitations cost sets per-recipient, per-band and flat pricing side by side.
How is Bliss & Bone different from Wedvite?
Bliss & Bone sells wedding stationery both online and in print. Its catalogue covers printed invitations and save the dates, wedding logos and monograms, and an online card you build from backgrounds, text, fonts and your logo. The online card is one flat card; its help center says you cannot add further cards or pages. Its RSVP is strong: guest counts, meal preferences, dietary notes and custom questions, live in a dashboard. It also offers a custom domain for the website, which Wedvite does not.
Wedvite makes the invitation and the website one thing. Guests tap a sealed envelope, it opens to the design's music, and the page carries your story, the day's schedule, the venue map, a gallery and an RSVP that names each guest and asks their meal and dietary needs. You set how many people each reply may include, and pair English or right-to-left Arabic with any of our other languages — 11 in all — on one link with a language switch.
Where Bliss & Bone wins: print, monograms, a custom domain, a full website with private events, and the price of a small list. Where Wedvite wins: the envelope, one price for any list, and no website subscription. See how a Wedvite invitation works as a wedding website, or Wedvite pricing.
When is Bliss & Bone the better pick?
When the guest list is small and digital-only: below the crossover the per-recipient bill is simply lower, and you skip the website.
When you are buying printed stationery or a monogram too. A couple who wants a letterpress suite, a monogram and an online card in the same style can buy them all from one supplier.
And when the website is the centerpiece — a full site on your own domain, with private events for some guests and unlimited guest messaging on Premium. If the invitation is the centerpiece instead, or the list is long, a flat price is the better buy. The round-up of digital wedding invitation platforms scores both on the same columns, and the Wedvite FAQ answers the rest.
